National Police agents have arrested a 24-year-old man in Arrecife, with numerous police records, as the alleged perpetrator of a robbery with force in a shop in the capital.
The events unfolded after a call to the 091 telephone number from an alarm center reporting a possible robbery in the shop. With the physical characteristics provided, the agents who went to the scene located and arrested the alleged perpetrator of the events in the vicinity.
A few meters away, the agents found a crowbar and several objects previously stolen from the shop, which had allegedly been hidden by the detainee behind some bushes. After the corresponding police report was prepared, the detainee was placed at the disposal of the competent Judicial Authority.
