The singer-songwriter Valeria Castro will perform in Lanzarote next October at the Víctor Fernández Gopar Theater "El Salinero" as part of her tour presenting her second album El cuerpo después de todo.
The singer of Cuídate, La Raíz or Sentimentalmente will perform on October 2nd and tickets can be purchased from 09:00 hours on Friday, September 19th through the website of Cultura del Cabildo de Lanzarote.
Castro is currently on a world tour presenting her new work, which has taken her to Lisbon and Copenhagen. She will continue through Dublin, London, Amsterdam or Paris, thus reaffirming her success with her delicate music characterized by tradition and her vocal quality.
Castro was nominated in 2023 for the Latin Grammy Awards in the category of best singer-songwriter song for the song La raíz, which she composed for the island of La Palma after the eruption of the volcano in 2021. In addition, she won the award for best song of the year at the 2023 Canarios de la Música awards and was nominated for the 2024 Goya awards for best original song together with the musical group Vetusta Morla for El amor de Andrea.
