The Cueva de los Verdes Auditorium will be the venue for the annual concert of the World & European Brass Association. Founded in 1994 by the German trumpeter Otto Sauter, this association seeks to "break down the barriers created by languages and cultures and build fairer and more sustainable societies by connecting individuals through the music of brass instruments."
Every year, the students of this prestigious high-performance academy hold a meeting in which they share their passion for music and exchange information about the knowledge acquired.
The place chosen for this year's edition has been Lanzarote, which will host between August 1 and 6 a group of young instrumentalists from Mexico, Germany, Spain, Poland and Italy, who are studying music at this educational organization based in Germany. The event includes a concert in which students share their skill with wind instruments - brass with the public. It will be in the Cueva de los Verdes Auditorium, next Thursday, August 4, at 8:00 p.m.
