Celine Guillen, a French photographer who "came to the municipality of Haría" to get to know Lanzarote and also the "Club de Lucha Unión Norte", has exhibited some photographs about the club at the French festival "Sprintfestival", in Paris.
The young woman, "came with the interest" of discovering the "tradition of the sport and our culture", says one of the members of the club. "She liked what the club represented so much that she has arranged to exhibit some very symbolic paintings at the festival," he says.
Something fundamental for "the island to be known beyond what is already assumed: partying, drinking beer, tourism, etc." He acknowledges that "the true essence of Lanzarote is exposed, is what we Lanzarote people want," he emphasizes.
And also a bit of "the history" and "traditions" of the club, and to be able to show other parts of Europe "part of what is done here," he specifies.
