The Art, Culture and Tourism Centers have expanded the catalog of wine, beer and spirits references offered in the restaurant of the International Museum of Contemporary Art, MIAC - Castillo de San José.

“We adapt our menu to the demands of our customers to offer a higher quality service and, at the same time, resize the proposal of a restaurant that wants to continue being a gastronomic reference based on local products,” said the Entity's counselor, Ángel Vázquez.

Thus, the restaurant of the old fortress converted into a museum by César Manrique incorporates several references from top-quality national wineries belonging to recognized Denominations of Origin, such as Ribera del Duero or La Rioja, to the extensive offer of red and white wines from Lanzarote that are currently served.

The beer made on the island increases its offer with the presence on the menu of several references that are presented bottled. Similarly, draft beer is already being served from fully consolidated brands.

In addition, the Tourist Centers have increased their offer of distilled beverages with references from the most renowned international brands. “The goal is that our customers can find everything they want,” concludes Vázquez.
