The II Lanzarote Early Music Festival will take place on Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22 in the unique and emblematic space of the Santo Domingo Convent in Teguise. This edition will feature two high-level concerts with two prestigious plucked string early music performers.
The first event on Friday the 21st will feature musician Miguel Rincón, who will delight the audience with the sounds of his baroque guitar in a concert called Sounds of the Old World. Miguel Rincón's musical roots blend with flamenco, pop, rock and early music.
On Saturday the 22nd, the public will be able to enjoy Ramiro Morales and his concert called II Iiuto with archlute. Ramiro Morales is a great specialist in plucked string instruments of the Renaissance and Baroque periods and Chamber Music.
Both concerts will begin at 7:30 p.m. where the public will be able to enjoy historical instruments and their music, bringing it closer to the present, a music full of different nuances and exceptional quality that will not leave them indifferent, with a repertoire that includes works by different composers from the 16th, 17th and early 18th centuries. This festival is organized by the Aceró Cultural Association of Early Music of Lanzarote.
