The singer Soraya Arnelas will be the star of the guest song of Disco Almacén, the party with which the Tourist Centers celebrate one of the most anticipated moments of the year by the CIC El Almacén and one of the reasons for being of the popular cultural and meeting space of Arrecife.
The president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote and of the Board of Directors of the Tourist Centers, María Dolores Corujo, the managing directors of the Tourist Centers and of the Society for the Promotion of Exterior of Lanzarote, Benjamín Perdomo and Héctor Fernández, respectively, and the Minister of Public Works of the First Island Institution, Alfredo Mendoza, presented on the morning of this Friday the program of activities planned to celebrate Carnival 2023 in style in one of the spaces with the most flavor of fun and debauchery on the island.
"We invite citizens to share the oldest Carnival in the Canary Islands, to fully experience a party with so much roots and meaning, and to enjoy the magical atmosphere that is always breathed around this time in El Almacén, the most magical and carnival corner of Lanzarote," said Corujo. The president has thanked the role played by "Manuel Camejo and Fermín Del Rosario so that this party can be a reality, as well as the involvement of the bars of Arrecife that accompany us to make this Carnival of El Almacén unforgettable."
In the same line, Benjamín Perdomo has thanked the predisposition of the restaurateurs of Arrecife", and has expressed his confidence that "the program that we have thought of will be to the liking of all, and that many, young and old, will want to enjoy Carnival with us as they did at New Year's Eve in El Almacén."
Alfredo Mendoza, for his part, has valued a party that "recovers the essence of the Carnival that was celebrated in this square in the decade of the '90s of the last century".
Héctor Fernández, finally, has highlighted "the promotional value of a party so closely linked to César Manrique", and has invited residents and tourists "to live a Carnival with so much symbolic charge".
Disco Almacén
Dj Checha will uncork the party with one of his always danceable sessions. It will be from 2:00 p.m. this Saturday. "Ahead, hours of dancing, laughter, masquerades, costumes and photos for the memory in the popular Bar Picasso and in the adjacent square," say from the organization.
Around 5:00 p.m. Soraya Arnelas will take over. The Extremaduran will offer a concert with many of her most known songs.
At 6:30 p.m. there will be an invasion - in this case, peaceful - of batucadas, comparsas and drags, which will blend in with those who are enjoying the session offered by Dj Juanjo.
The popular Jarvac will bring the nostalgic ingredient of the carnival of El Almacén around 7:00 p.m. Dj Checha will return at 9:00 p.m. and from 10:30 p.m. the international Dj Eli Rojas will perform. Later, at 1:00 a.m., Dj Nandi will close the Carnival Saturday party.

Dj Checha will raise the temperature of the dance floor from 8:30 p.m. Around 00:00 hours the dj 's Lunnas will take over the table "that left such a good taste in the mouth among those attending the event La Noche, held in the Casa - Museo del Campesino".
Dj Nandi will close the program of the Carnival of the Tourist Centers, with another of his fun and danceable sessions, between 03:00 and 04:00 hours.
