The monologist and comedian Miguel Lago will perform at the Jameos del Agua Auditorium, with his show “Comedy Club”, on December 13, to put the finishing touch to the II edition of the Ja, ja, ja, Jameos Humor Festival, a contest that is consolidated in the island scene after the performances, this year, by Luis Piedrahita with his “Apocalyptically correct”, and Goyo Jiménez, with “Miseryclass”, who swept the public and critics.
Lago is, without a doubt, one of the comedians of the moment thanks to his free, direct and uncensored style. Comedian and television collaborator in programs such as El hormiguero or Todo es mentira, he has not ceased in his efforts to make the public laugh since he debuted on the stage of El club de la comedia in 2000, in his first amateur contest, at the age of eighteen. He has gone through Comedy Central (Comedian of the year 2012), Antena 3 and Telecinco. He is currently a collaborator of the program directed by Sonsoles Ónega, on Antena 3, “Y ahora Sonsoles”. As an actor, he has worked in Curso del 63, its sequel, Curso del 73, and in the Netflix series “Las chicas del cable”.
This multifaceted graduate in Hispanic Philology also sings, dances and writes.
His show “Comedy Club” will premiere at the Jameos del Agua Auditorium on Friday, December 13, at 8:00 p.m.
Tickets to laugh with Miguel Lago are now on sale on the online platform www.ecoentradas.com.
