The Haría City Council presented this Thursday the program of Christmas events for these holidays, which will start this Friday, December 11, starting at 6:00 p.m., with the traditional Christmas lighting and the inauguration of the Municipal Nativity Scene in the Plaza de la Constitución.
The northern mayor, Chaxiraxi Niz, and the Councilor for Culture, Evelia García, detailed in the El Aljibe Room the different events organized for all types of audiences, respecting the health measures and protocols due to the pandemic, which will take place from December 19 to January 5.
For more than two weeks, the residents of the north of the Island will be able to enjoy musical performances, theater, oral narration and workshops, as well as the traditional Christmas Market and the highlight of these dates, the International Circus-Theater Festival 'MalabHaría 2021', which will be held from January 2 to 5.
Tickets for the El Aljibe Room and the La Tegala Theater Room, which are free, can be purchased through the website www.culturedharia.com, one week before each event. As for the locations for the 'MalabHaría' Festival, these can be purchased at a price of 5 euros at www.malabharia.com and at https://tickety.es.
Seniors over 65 years of age will also be able to purchase their tickets at the Culture office of the City Council, since 10% of the total capacity will be reserved for residents of this age group.
