Brazilian music will take over the El Salinero Theater next Saturday, March 27 with the Projeto Brasileiro concert, where you can hear echoes of Antonio Carlos Jobim, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil or Milton Nascimento, the latter being one of the musicians with whom Antonio LP Cruz, leader of TLPC Projeto Brasileiro, has collaborated.

Tomás LP Cruz is a Canarian musician passionate about Carioca culture. This producer and cultural manager released in 2011, after almost two years of work, a CD of eleven songs (accompanied by a documentary) that featured the participation of more than 40 artists from Brazil and the Canary Islands. In addition to the aforementioned Milton Nascimento, other established figures such as Joyce, Danilo Caymni or Roberto Menescal, among others, participated in that album.

Now, since 2018, its creator and ideologue has taken up the ambitious challenge of taking this project to the stage for the first time. To do this, Tomás LP Cruz has surrounded himself with a series of Canarian artists of "very high level", who have a special sensitivity for Brazilian music, and who will be with him on the stage of the Víctor Fernández Gopar Theater 'El Salinero'. These musicians will be Rebeca Mora (voice and chorus), José Alberto Medina (keyboards), Miguel Manescau (guitars and cavaquinho), Luis Suárez (percussion and samplers) and Amílcar Mendoza (drums).
