The José Ramírez Cerdá Park in Arrecife hosts from 9 pm this Friday the XXXI Folk Festival of San Ginés, which will feature performances by the San Cristóbal groups from Gran Canaria, Princesa Iraya from Tenerife, and Coros y Danzas from Arrecife, as well as the guest soloist José Betancort Ramos.

These same folk groups will star from 11 am this Saturday in the Musical Offering to the Patron Saint San Ginés with a parade that will start from the Cuatro Esquinas and cross León y Castillo Street (Calle Real) to end at the Boca del Muelle Chico, on the Puente de las Bolas, where the musical performances will take place.

Both events are part of the program of the patron saint festivities of the capital of Lanzarote designed by the Department of Celebrations led by the Deputy Mayor, Echedey Eugenio, and which will continue to be held in the city until this Monday, August 25, the day of San Ginés.
