The Investigating Court number 1 of Arrecife has decreed the imprisonment of the goalkeeper of Tenerife B Moha Ramos after he was arrested by the Civil Guard of Lanzarote last Saturday.
The footballer Moha Ramos had a request from the Criminal Court number 7 of Madrid after the suspension of a sentence was revoked for a crime against road safety for driving under the influence of alcohol and two other crimes of injury.
The Lanzarote duty court ordered his imprisonment to serve the sentence. This has been communicated by the Communication Office of the TSJC to La Voz.
The arrest of Moha Ramos took place coinciding with the visit of the white and blue team to the Montaña la Cinta municipal field of Yaiza, when he was going to play a friendly match against Unión Sur Yaiza, also promoted last season to Segunda RFEF.
According to La Voz, there was a search, arrest and appearance warrant for the athlete before the judicial authority for an issue prior to his current stage at the white and blue club. For this reason, Moha could not return to Tenerife with his teammates after the aforementioned match with Yaiza.
Once CD Tenerife SAD became aware this Saturday of the arrest of the footballer Mohamed Airam Ramos Wade, in Lanzarote, the entity has issued a statement in which it expresses "with absolute rotundity, its most absolute rejection of behaviors (past, present or future) and/or conduct that undermine the image of this centenary institution".
