The Second Chance Law has been the lifesaver that allowed Mario Trunecka, a businessman from Lanzarote, to overcome an accumulated debt of more than 196,000 euros and regain stability after years of economic and personal struggle. Mario, who between 2003 and 2012 ran a thriving business dedicated to the sale of jewelry and costume jewelry, saw how the global financial crisis of 2008 hit his business and led to its definitive closure.

After trying to save his company through a creditors' meeting in 2014, his situation became even more complicated due to the lack of resources to pay his debts. At the same time, he faced a complicated divorce involving legal disputes over the custody of his son, which intensified both his emotional distress and his economic vulnerability.

This initial process, according to Mario, was not managed properly and ended in an unfavorable outcome. However, he decided to turn to Canarias Sin Deuda, a company specializing in the Second Chance Law, which allowed him to carry out the process successfully and regain hope.

"I went to Canarias Sin Deuda because I came out of a process that went wrong before, something that here they have been able to successfully redirect, despite the complexity of the matter, being informed at all times,” he explained.

Thanks to the success of the procedure, Mario now sees his future with optimism. "It's like being reborn. I am going to get out of a situation in which I practically felt like a criminal, without having done anything serious. It's like starting a new life," he said emotionally.

The legal experts at Canarias sin Deuda emphasize that this case reflects the positive impact that the Second Chance Law can have on people trapped by extreme economic and personal situations. His story is an example that, with effort and proper guidance, it is possible to rebuild a debt-free life.
