Isidro Pérez highlights the "success" in improving the professional qualifications of the residents of the municipality thanks to the online personalized training platform, which
has helped in the search for job opportunities during this first year. The project has been carried out through the areas of Employment and Commerce, delegated to Alma María González.
"More than 430 registrations" have been reached in the different training courses offered by this platform, grouped into more than ten different sectors, aimed at residents of the municipality and local businesses. The residents who have benefited from this training "include all age groups, both unemployed and employed, of different levels of education", who are interested in "improving their qualifications and having more opportunities in the labor market".
Among the most requested courses are: English, General Accounting, Office Automation, Excel 2016, Job Search and Improvement Techniques, Human Resources Management, and Social Media Marketing. This platform has been easy to use and accessible from all devices, with computers and mobile phones being the most used.
The mayor has expressed his "satisfaction" with the results and the "response" of the residents in taking advantage of this free resource, and points out that "it is satisfying that our residents want and are willing to adapt to the new and diverse demands of the labor market, being prepared for job offers that may arise." And increasingly, companies are "looking for professionals with the necessary knowledge to develop their business plan in a completely technological environment."
Therefore, "we congratulate all our residents, and also our businesses, who have managed to obtain the diploma that certifies the training carried out through the platform, and we encourage them to continue training with this tool, to substantially improve their professional qualifications, which will result in the improvement of the procedures, products, and services that are carried out in our municipality," said Isidro Pérez.
The online platform is developed by the company TriaFormación, a company specialized in comprehensive training for companies and administrations. It is accessible to all citizens 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering quality training aimed at improving users' opportunities in the job market.
