The H10 Hotels chain has five hotels in Lanzarote. The Suites Lanzarote Gardens in Costa Teguise and four others in Playa Blanca: Lanzarote Princess, White Suites, Timanfaya Palace and Rubicón Palace, the only five-star hotel which is now called Rubicón Horizons Collection.
Horizons Collection is a new premium brand developed by the hotel chain based in Barcelona that focuses on “creating memorable experiences in its customers that will last in their memory over the years” and has the slogan “Where memories begin” and that, in fact, is quite reminiscent of the Paradisus brand developed by Meliá.
In addition to the new image, the Playa Blanca hotel will increase its quality standards such as more personalized customer service, the renovation of some of its services and facilities and a whole series of VIP services during the stay.
The Rubicón Horizons Collection hotel has two buffet restaurants, five themed restaurants and several bars. It includes the 'Despacio Thalasso Centre' service with a water area, treatments and gym and an area aimed at the family audience.
In addition to the aforementioned hotel in Playa Blanca, H10, which has 66 hotels worldwide, also applies this new premium brand to its other two five-star hotels in the Canary Islands. On the one hand, the Atlantic Sunset, in Tenerife and the Playa Meloneras, in Gran Canaria.
