The hotels of Lanzarote reached an average rate of 160.5 euros per night in March, which represents a growth of 11.3%, according to figures provided by the Lanzarote Data Center.

The average rate also increased in January and February compared to the same months last year. The first month of the year reached 144.1 euros, 4.5% higher than January 2025, and in February it rose 5.5% to 155.7 euros.

The growths in the average hotel rate occur thanks to increases in three-star hotels or less, while luxury establishments cut prices

The rise in the average rate occurs in a context in which five-star hotels have been lowering prices for months, except in December, when they had to freeze them.

Specifically in March, the average rate for five-star hotels, which rose to 353 euros, was 2% lower than that obtained in the same month of 2025.

For their part, four-star hotels, which could only raise prices in December, charged in March an average of 222 euros, 4% less than they charged the same month last year.
