The income from the catering service of the Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism rose to 8.7 million euros during the year 2025, 7.38% more than in the year 2024 in which 8.1 million euros were collected.
Thus, a trend initiated in the year 2023 is consolidated, when 7,842,143.24 euros were entered for this concept. The income from the restoration of the Tourist Centers has grown by 10.95% since 2023.
The Entity's counselor, Ángel Vázquez, thanks for the effort made and publicly congratulates the kitchen and dining room staff for “figures that are the result of a proposal that puts their work, listening, ingenuity, and talent at the service of our clients”. “Our challenge now,” he points out, “is to continue working to meet the expectations generated and the quality standards of our visitors”.
The restaurant El Diablo, with its barbecue cooked over the heat of the volcano's fire, was the most requested among visitors to the Tourist Centers in 2025, with revenues of 3.1 million euros.
The restaurants of Jameos del Agua, with an income of 1.7 million euros, and the Castillo de San José, with 671,000 euros, followed it in the ranking.
On the other hand, from the Tourist Centers, the "definitive consolidation of the Fermina Islet proposal" is highlighted, which registered an income of 512,000 euros last year.
