The five-star hotels in Lanzarote charged in December, a time of high tourist demand for the island, 290 euros per night, the same price as in December of the previous year.
This is confirmed by the latest monthly report from the tourism intelligence company Mabrian Technologies, published by the State Commercial Society for the Management of Innovation and Tourism Technologies (Segittur).
And that was after having lowered prices by 11% in October and 4% in November compared to the same months of the previous year.
Vacation homes are also experiencing price drops. In November, the drops ranged from 15% for smaller vacation homes to 22% for larger ones.
Meanwhile, three-star hotels in Lanzarote increased their prices in December by 10% to 123 euros per night, and four-star hotels by 4% to 199 euros per night.
The hotel satisfaction index offered by Mabrian Technologies for December in Lanzarote indicates an increase of 0.7 compared to last year, reaching 61.3 points.
For its part, the Global Tourism Perception Index (GTPI) fell one tenth in the last month of 2025 to 75.4 points. This index measures the overall level of visitor satisfaction with Lanzarote on Twitter, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Expedia, and Booking.com.For its part, the satisfaction index with **security** in Lanzarote fell 2.2 points in December to 93.8 points.
