Lanzarote's accommodations add four months with the highest occupancy in the Canary Islands

From 88.4% reached in March, to 83% in June, Lanzarote has had the highest occupancy in the archipelago

While waiting to know the occupation in July, during the months of March, April, May and June, the tourist accommodations of Lanzarote presented the highest occupancy rates in the archipelago, according to data from the Canary Islands Institute of Statistics (ISTAC).

In June, the occupancy rate of tourist accommodations in Lanzarote reached 83%, while the second island in the archipelago with the highest occupancy rate was Tenerife, which obtained 76.6%. In third place Fuerteventura, where 69.5% of the rooms were occupied.

The previous month, May, the occupancy in Lanzarote reached 78.7%. The second place was also for Tenerife, where 72.5% of the rooms were occupied. In Gran Canaria, the third in occupancy that month, reached 67.2%.

During the month of April, the tourist accommodations of Lanzarote reached 81.5%. Tenerife and Gran Canaria occupied the second and third place with an occupancy of 76.1% and 70.7% respectively.

In March, the occupancy in Lanzarote was 88.4%, in Tenerife it reached 85.5% and in Gran Canaria 84.8%.
