The prices of housing rentals in Arrecife, after accumulating seven consecutive months of increases, have reached historical maximums, standing on average at 9.6 euros per square meter in November, according to the price report from Idealista.com.
Already in October of this year, the previous maximum reached in October 2019 was matched, when the square meter was rented on average at 8.9 euros per square meter. Therefore, rents have risen in the capital by 7.3% in just one month.
An apartment for rent in Arrecife today costs on average 21.5% more than a year ago. That is, if renting a 70 square meter apartment cost on average 553 euros in November 2021, in November of this year you need 672 euros on average for the same surface.
