The Castillo de San José restaurant will offer its à la carte service also on Mondays and Tuesdays from next Monday, July 7.

The space, located in the old Fortress of Hunger transformed by César Manrique, expands its usual offer by incorporating an à la carte service that was only available from Wednesdays to Saturdays.

Thus, from next Monday it will be possible to enjoy seven days a week, except Sunday nights, of dishes such as prawns with apple and mango seasoned with coral sauce; foie croquettes with apple heart on salty soil; or glazed octopus loin with sweet mojo with sweet potato parmentier and jable yolk, among other options.

The measure responds to the need to "respond to a significant increase in demand", says the councilor of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers, Ángel Vázquez: "more and more people want to enjoy a proposal that, now yes, is up to the task and represents everything we are".

The opening hours of the Castillo de San José restaurant are from Monday to Saturday, from 12.30 to 23.30, and on Sundays, from 11.00 to 18.00.
