The Centers for Art, Culture and Tourism return to Teguise to present their "attractive and suggestive" proposal at the 'X edition of the Enogastronomic Festival Saborea Lanzarote'. In addition to being co-organizers of the event, the 'Tourist Centers' will be present with a new stand, about 15 meters long, which will surprise visitors both for its continent, a careful aesthetic that recalls the spaces created by César Manrique, and for its content, a sample of its extensive menu.
"We are presenting ourselves eager to surprise the public with a very ambitious proposal," explained the councilor, Ángel Vázquez, who assured that "we are working to make our restoration the spearhead of the 'Saborea Lanzarote' product with a gastronomic proposal that allows generating new experiences from the local product, and adding identity and value to the great effort that the sector is making."
Visitors to the stand will be able to discover some of the flavors that the Centers propose in each of their gastronomic spaces. From the original cuisine derived from cactus to the international and avant-garde of Jameos del Agua; from the dishes rescued from the traditional recipe books of the island that are served in the 'Casa Museo del Campesino' to the gourmet dishes that dazzle in the Castillo de San José or those that illuminate the heat of the volcano of the El Diablo restaurant, in Montañas del Fuego.
As if all this were not enough, the suggestive sweet menu and a representation of the original cocktail menu that is served in the Islote de Fermina make up an original, surprising and unique proposal.
Good cuisine ... and the music of Jameos del Agua
The stand will have a small stage from which DJ Checha will create the right atmosphere for the party to be complete with 70s musical theme sessions from records and authors rescued from the vinyls that were played in the Jameos del Agua booth.
These danceable sessions will take place on Saturday, November 25, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Sunday 26, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m..
