The wines of Lanzarote and the gastronomic richness of the Canary Islands will be present this month in Madrid. Espacio Iberia, a pop-up of more than 1,100 square meters located at the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM), at Calle Hortaleza 63, will host a series of activities to showcase the most representative products and flavors of the archipelago.
In collaboration with the tourism boards of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, and Fuerteventura, a special program has been designed based on show cookings and tastings aimed at giving visibility to the work of local producers, wineries, and cheese dairies.

The program will begin on September 4th with 'Flavors of Gran Canaria', a show cooking guided by chef Andrés Rodríguez, which will offer a tour of the island's pantry and most characteristic products.
On September 9th, it will continue with 'Embark for Fuerteventura', a tasting focused on Majorero cheeses awarded at Agrocanarias 2025, made with Majorera goat milk under Protected Designation of Origin and paired with local wines.
For its part, on September 17th, the gastronomic proposal will conclude with a tasting dedicated to the wines of Lanzarote, characterized by their unique volcanic cultivation in areas such as La Geria.

During the summer season of 2026, the programming between Madrid and the Canary Islands contemplates more than 400 weekly flights, connecting the capital with Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, and La Palma. This network facilitates connections with the rest of Iberia Group's national and international destinations.
