The new shopping center in Arrecife was officially presented this Thursday, one day before its opening to the public. The Open Mall center, which incorporates several brands that arrive for the first time in Lanzarote, has already shown its interior and the stores with which it will open its doors.
The new shopping center has 35,000 square meters of leasable area on a plot of 72,000 meters. It currently consists of 60 stores and a children's park of 2,500 square meters, with full capacity expected by 2023.
The property is integrated by the Lanzarote companies Supermercados Marcial and Hormiconsa.
