The average price of gasoline in Lanzarote reached 1.45 euros per liter in July, above the average price in Fuerteventura (1.39 euros), Gran Canaria (1.41 euros), and Tenerife (1.43 euros), according to data provided by the Lanzarote Data Center.
Also, the liter of diesel in Lanzarote, which reached an average of 1.5 euros in July, is higher than the average price in Fuerteventura (1.43 euros) and Gran Canaria (1.48 euros), although it is lower than the average price in Tenerife (1.51 euros).
At the beginning of 2026, before the conflict between the United States and Israel against Iran broke out, which led to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, the price of diesel in Lanzarote was 1.187 euros per liter and that of gasoline amounted to 1.191 euros.
This week, the cheapest 95 octane gasoline in Lanzarote is found at Plenenergy establishments in Arrecife, where it is sold for 1.397 euros. Also there, the cheapest diesel is found at 1.437 euros.
To find the most economical 98 octane gasoline on the island this week, one must go to Pcan in Arrieta, where it is priced at 1.569 euros per liter.
On the other hand, the most expensive diesel on the island is currently sold at Tgas in Haría, where it costs 1.680 euros. The most expensive 95 octane gasoline is at Repsol on the LZ-2 between Arrecife and Playa Blanca (1.549 euros), which also has the most expensive 98 octane in Lanzarote (1.689 euros).
