The Canarian Employment Service (SCE), an agency attached to the Ministry of Economy, Knowledge and Employment of the Government of the Canary Islands, is bidding for the refurbishment of the new offices in Arrecife for 1.6 million euros.
Published on the State Procurement Platform, the tender announcement establishes May 23 as the deadline for the submission of offers, with award by simplified open procedure and ordinary processing.
Specifically, the SCE estimates a contract worth 1,607,181.58 euros for engineering works and construction work in Arrecife (calle Velázquez, 23), with an execution period of six months.
In addition, 565,486.75 euros will be allocated to the updating of the facilities in Puerto de la Cruz (confluence of the Puerto de la Cruz-Las Arenas road with Calle Salto Barranco), with a completion period of four months.
In this way, the agency chaired by Minister Elena Máñez continues with the process of improving the SCE's network of employment offices in the archipelago after the completion in early April of the civil works in the new facilities in Güímar (Tenerife), with almost 2,000 square meters and an investment of more than 2.4 million.
