Thirteen business projects from Lanzarote are participating in this eleventh edition of the 'Consolidate' program aimed at businesses that are less than three years old since their creation.
A team of expert consultants in various areas of business management accompanies the participants through an intense individual and personalized mentoring. The objective is to strengthen those areas that may require more attention and help optimize their resources. As a result of this process, strategic reports are prepared that detail the strengths and weaknesses of each business, as well as an action plan for its consolidation.
'Consolidate' seeks to promote projects that have a certain trajectory and are at a key moment to take a leap in their development. The program consists of several phases ranging from an open conference in online format to the delivery of the technical report to each company. Along the way, they have a group workshop in which participants meet, share experiences and receive an introduction to the contents of business training. Subsequently, and throughout the course of the program, individual sessions are held with the consultants, where personalized mentoring will take place.
One of the aspects most valued by the participants is the personalized mentoring phase, in which each company receives a detailed analysis of its procedures and strategies by experts in various areas. These consultancies allow entrepreneurs to make informed decisions adapted to their needs, with special attention to finance, taxation, corporate image, and this year, with a renewed focus on digitalization and sustainability.
Participation in this program offers emerging companies the possibility of reinforcing their foundations and taking a qualitative leap in their management, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business fabric of Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
The Business Consolidation Tutoring program is carried out thanks to the support of the General Directorate of Economic Promotion and Diversification of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, Commerce and Self-Employed Workers of the Government of the Canary Islands and the co-financing of the ERDF Operational Program Canary Islands 2021-2027.
