The Council of Ministers has approved a bonus of 20 cents per liter or kilo of fuel for all citizens as part of the Response Plan to the economic impact of the invasion of Ukraine, according to published by the EFE news agency.
Specifically, the State will pay 15 cents of the total and the oil companies a minimum of 5 cents of the price of diesel, gasoline, gas and AdBlue. In addition, professional transporters will also have direct aid valued at 450 million euros, divided into 1,250 euros per truck, 950 per bus, 500 euros per van and 300 euros per light vehicle, such as VTC, taxis or ambulances.
These measures will come into effect this Friday, April 1 and will last until June 30.
On the island of Lanzarote, fuel prices continue to reach all-time highs, so finding the cheapest gasoline can become a complicated task, due to the price difference between establishments. It should be noted that the most expensive and the cheapest fuel are, paradoxically, in the municipality of Yaiza.
The cheapest gas stations in Lanzarote
If we talk about gasoline 95, the first place is occupied by the gas station of Marina Rubicón, in Yaiza, with a price of 1.359 euros per liter, followed by the SPL of Tías to Yaiza with a price of 1.388 euros and the PCAN of Tías to 1.399, according to data from the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda.
As for gasoline 98, prices rise, but the SPL from Tías to Yaiza maintains the lowest figures, at 1.478 euros per liter, followed by the PCAN from Arrieta at 1.489 and the PCAN Tías at 1.498 euros per liter.
For its part, the cheapest diesel is, once again, in the SPL of Tías to Yaiza 1.379 euros, followed by the gas station of Marina Rubicon in Yaiza at 1.398 and the third place is occupied by the CEPSA of Avenida del Varadero in Puerto del Carmen at 1.408 euros per liter.
The most expensive gasoline on the island
On the other side of the coin are the establishments with the most expensive fuel in Lanzarote, where the E.S. Yaiza gas station, on the road to the Montañas del Fuego, occupies the first place in the three types of fuel, with the price of gasoline 95 at 1.539 euros per liter, gasoline 98 at 1.609 euros and diesel at 1.569.
In relation to gasoline 95, the CEPSA of Tinajo and the DISA GC-740 to Tinajo close the podium with prices at 1.539 and 1.508 euros per liter respectively. They also do so with diesel at 1.479 euros at CEPSA and 1.478 euros per liter at DISA.
Finally, the most expensive gasoline 98, after E.S. Yaiza, is found in the CEPSA of Teguise and Guatiza with the fuel at 1.609 euros per liter.
