With an average offer price of 15,845 euros, the Canary Islands is the autonomous community where the average offer price of used cars grows the most, registering a growth of 12.2% compared to just a year ago, according to a study by the company coches.net.

The average price grew in April in all autonomous communities, without exception. The significant year-on-year price growth stands out not only in the Canary Islands but also in Navarra, where it grew by 12%. The podium is completed by Asturias, with 9.6%.

The growth in the Valencian Community is also striking, with 6.4%, while the two large communities, Madrid (6.6%) and Catalonia (3.8%) remain in the middle of the table.

At the bottom, the regions with the lowest price growth are the Basque Country (0.1%), Cantabria (2.3%) and Castilla y León (2.6%).

In absolute terms, however, the situation is very different. Only two regions exceed the barrier of 19,000 euros: Catalonia and Madrid.

The community with the highest average offer price in Spain in April was Madrid (19,310 euros). It is closely followed by Catalonia (19,158) and the Basque Country (18,860).

All the rest are below 18,000 euros. At the bottom of the table, Extremadura has the lowest average price in April in Spain: 14,809 euros. It is the only one in Spain with an average price below 15,000 euros.

Other regions of the country where the price of used vehicles is more economical are Castilla La Mancha (15,510 euros), La Rioja (15,660 euros) and the Canary Islands (15,845 euros).

The difference, in fact, between the average price in the most expensive community and the cheapest is still very high: 4,500 euros: between the 19,310 euros in Madrid and the 14,809 euros in Extremadura.
