The Armas Trasmediterránea Group expects to transport around 78,000 people and around 26,000 vehicles for the Constitution Bridge, which will take place between this Thursday, December 5, and next Sunday, December 8. The forecast, which includes the Canary Islands and the Strait area, represents a 5% increase in the volume of passengers and vehicles compared to 2023.
Specifically, in the case of the Canary Islands, the shipping company expects to reach 52,500 people and 19,000 vehicles transported, with the most popular routes being: Santa Cruz de Tenerife-Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Los Cristianos-San Sebastián de La Gomera, Los Cristianos-Valverde, Playa Blanca-Corralejo and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria-Morro Jable.
In this sense, the Las Palmas de Gran Canarias-Santa Cruz de Tenerife route will have 10 departures, Los Cristianos- San Sebastián de La Gomera with eight departures, Playa Blanca-Corralejo with 14 departures and Los Cristianos Valverde with two departures and adapted round trip schedules.
