The artisan coachbuilder Hurtan landed in the Canary Islands last Wednesday with a special edition to pay tribute to the seven municipalities of Lanzarote.

To mark its arrival in the Canary Islands, the brand has manufactured seven units of one of its most successful models, the two-seater roadster, under the name Nuevo Grand Albaycín.

According to Hurtan, this particular model has positioned them as "a brand of excellence in the manufacture and bodywork of personalized high-standing cars."

Each vehicle is unique and serves as a tribute to the island of volcanoes.

Thus, Hurtan Canarias is optimistic about its arrival in the new market and points out that "the Hurtan Grand Albaycín is a unique vehicle, which is not made for those who want to go unnoticed. Its design promises to delight lovers of the classic and handcrafted, while the latest generation Mazda technology makes it a reliable, efficient and fun vehicle."

With a long international projection, Hurtan has clients in almost every corner of the planet and considers that its arrival in the Canary Islands is "the ideal scenario to continue its expansion."

At the same time, they reveal that the concept of luxury is changing and "more and more customers, leaving aside the brand, are betting on the true value of what they buy. Today, products with a large artisanal component once again represent the ultimate exclusivity."

History of Hurtan

Hurtan was founded in 1992 in Granada by Juan Hurtado. What started as a dream is now a reality that has positioned this private and family business as specialists in the design and artisanal manufacture of exclusive cars.

Hurtan Automóviles has managed to create a unique type of vehicle: retro-inspired cars that incorporate the latest technologies.

The Spanish businesswoman residing in Lanzarote, Noelia Elorza Ahijado, is in charge of the Hurtan Canarias company.
