The well-known Valterra supermarket has reopened its doors this Monday, with an official inauguration ceremony, after six months of working on a comprehensive renovation of the establishment. According to the company, "this symbolic store has become a friendlier, more attractive and innovative supermarket, which has the latest advances in shopping experience." With an investment of approximately 1,500,000 euros, HiperDino Valterra boasts "the latest in technology, thanks to which, the customer will increase their satisfaction, by making a smarter purchase with the least possible investment of time."

The center includes an experience area, featuring a touch screen that invites the customer to find out about competitor prices, the location of products in the store and recipes or discount coupons that can also be printed on site. "HiperDino stands out by offering something more than aisles and shelves with offers," they emphasize.

This touch screen is complemented by other technological supports that facilitate the act of purchase. Throughout the establishment, the customer can view a circuit made up of 20 digital screens located on the ceiling. These screens inform at all times of the number in the delicatessen, butcher and fishmonger sections, so that the customer no longer has to queue in these sections, since anywhere in the supermarket can see the turn of the same.

Both screens offer information on the price of a product and its competitors. "A great help today, taking into account the latest consumer trends that go to different surfaces to check prices," emphasize from the companya.

Another of the innovations incorporated is the installation of sprayers in the fresh produce area, "a futuristic introduction that allows fruit and vegetables to be kept in the most optimal conditions."

The new Hiperdino Valterra, which reopens its doors with hours from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m., has 11 checkout counters, 150 parking spaces and all the necessary sections for a complete purchase: packaged products, fruit shop, bakery, fishmonger, butcher and delicatessen.

This investment represents the first comprehensive renovation that the supermarket company is developing in Lanzarote, where it plans to continue improving its current supermarket park, as well as expanding and seeking new opportunities that allow it to expand the business.
