SIE, Spain is Excellence, celebrated the first edition of SIExquisito in Madrid, an event whose main objective is to highlight the extraordinary Spanish culinary art, highlighting the gastronomic richness and diversity of our country. The event took place in the Private Lounge of the prestigious Galería Canalejas, located in the center of the capital.
A menu composed of caviar from Lanzarote, wrinkled potatoes and black wreckfish was the star of the proposals presented by the three chefs who attended on behalf of the Grupo Martínez Abolafio, which brings together the gastronomic offerings of Villas Alondra, Restaurante Kentia and La Isla y el Mar.
Villas Alondra, a partner of SIE, played a crucial role in integrating the Tourism Division of the Martínez Abolafio Group into the event, presenting itself as an ambassador and representative of a unique destination, such as Lanzarote. The group's representation was headed by Dasa Kovacikova, Director of Operations; Juan María (Yaco) González, Director of F&B; Javier González and Cézary Stanczak, chefs; and Lolo Román, gastronomic advisor to the group.
The team presented a premium gastronomic offer, which amazed attendees with an exquisite combination of flavors and techniques that highlight the uniqueness of Lanzarote's gastronomy. The "Jewels of Lanzarote" proposal was a true delight, reflecting the essence and culinary treasures of the island.

Kentia Gourmet Club
Kentia Gourmet Club, one of the gastronomic pillars of the Martínez Abolafio Group, has taken a step forward with its new gastronomic proposal, launched on April 1. This renovation includes both an à la carte menu and a tasting menu, which fuse the rich Canarian gastronomy with the vibrant African heritage. This combination of traditional and avant-garde techniques has resulted in dishes that are an authentic celebration of two cultures that complement each other perfectly.
In addition, since April 5, Kentia Gourmet Club offers every Friday a unique immersive experience called "Savannah - The African Live Experience". This event transforms the restaurant into a stage full of color and rhythm, transporting diners to the African savannah. The experience includes live performance and a vibrant atmosphere that enriches the palate and the senses, providing an unforgettable evening.
