100% of the students of Academia Náutica Lanzarote - Bitácora, have obtained the qualification of SUITABLE in the last call for Recreational Boat Skipper (PER) and Basic Navigation Skipper (PNB), held on October 21, 2023 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This is great news for these future skippers and for nautical lovers on the island, as it highlights the quality of teaching at the Lanzarote academy.
These students will complete their training as recreational sports boat skippers with the mandatory motor navigation practices (16 hours) and the theoretical practical radiocommunications course (short range operator). This PER qualification can also be enabled, on a voluntary basis, for sailing yachts and boats up to 24 meters, including the Peninsula-Balearic Islands crossing.
At Academia Náutica Lanzarote, PER, Yacht Skipper and Captain Practices are held, as well as radiocommunications for those who take the exam independently.
