The judge who has prosecuted Real Madrid defender Raúl Asencio for child pornography and revealing secrets sees indications that he asked the other three people involved in the case to send him the video they had recorded while having sex with two girls aged 18 and 16 and showed it to a third person.
The instructor maintains that Asencio asked another of those involved, former Real Madrid youth player Juan Rodríguez, to send him that video knowing that a minor appeared in it and "knowing that it had been obtained without the consent of the possible victims and kept against their demand that it be deleted," according to a court order whose content has been advanced by Canarias 7 and to which EFE has had access.
The second fact attributed to the footballer is that, allegedly, as soon as he received the video on his mobile on June 21, 2023 in the form of a single-view Whatsapp message, he showed it to a third person who appears in the case as a witness.
