The Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands registers this Monday 847 new cases of coronavirus. In addition, in the last hours the death of two people has been reported, one in Tenerife and the other in Gran Canaria.
Until this Monday, a total of 3,333,773 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 2,874 correspond to Sunday.
The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 409.57 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 840.32 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
By islands, Tenerife adds 318 cases with a total of 7,017 cases that are epidemiologically active; Gran Canaria has 470 more than the previous day and 4,730 active cases. Lanzarote adds 14 new cases with 358 epidemiologically active cases; Fuerteventura has eight new cases and 279 active cases. La Palma adds 16 new positives, so it has 608 active cases. La Gomera has 13 new positives and has 181 active cases, and El Hierro adds eight new cases, so its active cases are 78.
The total number of accumulated cases in the Canary Islands is 310,430 with 13,251 active cases, of which 36 are admitted to the ICU and 286 remain hospitalized.
