The owners of a business have reported a robbery in Playa Honda. The event occurred on Wednesday morning around 11:15 p.m., as reported this Friday to La Voz.
The thieves were only able to take the change from the cash register and also caused some damage to the premises. "They broke the front door", revealed the owner of 'Peluquería Zulema' to the newspaper.
They acknowledge that they suffer "a lot of insecurity" due to the location of the business. The street does not have adequate conditioning. "The lampposts don't work and we are afraid to go to work", the woman revealed.
In addition, they express the lack of Local Police officers in the area. "There are also no police passing by there." Their discontent is also due to the frequency with which they have been robbed in the establishment during these years. "We have been robbed nine times in 12 years," she added worriedly.
After the robbery, they reported the incident to the Civil Guard so that they can locate the thieves.
