A reader has contacted La Voz to report the poor condition of El Crucero street in Costa Teguise following the latest works carried out by the City Council for the channeling of pipes for the new shopping center nearby.
In the images sent by this citizen, the poor condition of this street is observed after the completion of these works last year. In fact, last summer, some residents complained that "no one was working" on the construction site.
As can be seen, the road surface is in very poor condition, with potholes, an uneven surface, and a large amount of sand and debris from the previous works.
Furthermore, this reader also expresses his displeasure at the poor condition of the sidewalks in the area, as they have large potholes. Likewise, the Teguise City Council has still not removed the fences from the works, which remain leaning on the sidewalk, obstructing part of the passage.
