Reports the "stench" and dirt in the Charco de San Ginés

A reader states that when the tide rises, "a large patch of grease" is seen in the area, and when it goes down, the "bad smell" remains.

A reader has contacted La Voz to denounce the situation of "deterioration and unsanitary conditions" in which the Charco de San Ginés de Arrecife is located.

The complainant states that, when high tide occurs, a "large patch of grease" is generated in the water, right in the area facing Calle Jacinto Borges. In addition, when there is low tide, a "bad smell" remains in the area.

He also criticizes that the walls surrounding the Charco are "impregnated with the excrement of pigeons", which further tarnishes the image of this emblematic space of the capital.
