A cat has been trapped in a palm tree in the Fuenlanza area, in Playa Honda. The Security and Emergency Consortium went to the scene at 8 am this Tuesday alerted by the animal's owner.
The rescue took place on Isla de Lobos street. The agents went to the place upon receiving the call and verified that the feline could not get down from the tree. Once in the service, they placed an extendable ladder to be able to climb to the heart of the palm tree and catch the cat.
After verifying that the animal was in good condition, it was handed over to the owner.
