The Christmas holidays have begun with flight delays at Lanzarote Airport. "More than 200 or 300 people" are waiting in Terminal 2 for inter-island flights to arrive to travel to other islands of the Archipelago, according to one of the passengers on Friday afternoon.
The user reiterates his "desperation" and criticizes the actions of the airlines. "Don't fool us, at least they could have warned us," he complained to La Voz.
His flight from Lanzarote to Tenerife is leaving with an hour delay. "I understand and respect their right to strike and I understand that they are not achieving their objective, but rarely in my life have I been so angry," the passenger indicated.

"The victims are always the users," the passenger continued. This situation angers him even more because of the number of people at the César Manrique Airport. "We are a lot of people, including the 60 or 70 children that are there right now," the man indicated.
The travelers are very upset at the moment. There are already "at least four delayed flights", the man revealed to the newspaper. His was supposed to leave at 3:25 p.m. to Tenerife.
What adds to the bad time they are having is the departure of other flights while they wait in the Terminal. "National and international flights are leaving," the man specifies.
In addition, other travelers have pointed out that flights from the Peninsula to Lanzarote have also arrived late. "An hour and a half delay from Madrid," a passenger indicated.
