A citizen asks the Arrecife City Council for "solutions to the chaos" generated by the number of streets closed as a result of the works on Antonio Millares street. This resident denounces the lack of parking between the beginning of Avenida Fred Olsen and the Cabildo de Lanzarote building. To which is added this Tuesday the closure of the parking lot located next to the interchange.
"Hundreds of people go to work or perform services in the area every morning and lack parking areas, being forced to go around and around, there being several unoccupied lots in the area that could provide a solution to that problem," he adds.

He also emphasizes that "as if that were not enough, the Gran Hotel is of semi-public ownership and should offer public places or prices and the only area where there is a possibility of parking, the Fairgrounds, the parking attendants have appropriated this place and ask for money for parking in the area."
Understanding that the lack of parking spaces in Manolo Millares will be definitive, this citizen urges the Arrecife City Council to "look for immediate solutions, which will be even more necessary when the pedestrianization of Avenida Fred Olsen continues."
