A resident of Arrecife has publicly denounced that after "an hour waiting for a taxi to go to an appointment at the Molina Orosa hospital" the drivers did not stop because they preferred to go to the dock to pick up cruise passengers.
In statements to this editorial staff, she indicated that the taxis did not stop, "they pass empty, heading to the dock and do not stop. It seems that they only eat when there are cruises," she added indignantly.
This citizen has assured that "every time there are cruises it is a disgrace" and that "there are elderly people who have no other way to go to our doctors."
