A Lanzarote resident claims that IntercityBus "is not processing the complaints filed by users," he explained to La Voz. He believes that the main reason for not paying attention to citizens is "not receiving reprisals from the Cabildo of Lanzarote."
After filing two complaints on bus line 26, he acknowledges that "it is shameful that the company does not issue the complaints of passengers." The demands are based on the "delays due to not having a route with more than 30 stops and the time of one hour to do said route," he highlighted.
He assures very indignantly that he does not feel heard. "Enough is enough. We are people and not a herd of goats." And he asks that the complaint reach the people who have the competence to "control those complaints," he adds.
The first was issued on February 17th and the second on November 23rd. And in none I have received "a coherent response," for said delays, he confirms. In addition, in said writings he asks that line 26 have a bus "every hour and not every two hours" and that on weekends there be "more than one bus," he points out.
He also requests that a "stop be placed at the Guinate crossing" or that they "can enter the town to drop off passengers and turn around," he concludes.
