The Real Betis and the Maritime Orientation sign a historic collaboration agreement

El Orientación Marítima and Real Betis Academy have today formalized the signing of a sports collaboration agreement that will mark a before and after in the history of both clubs. The agreement, described as "strategic and far-reaching," lays the foundation for a relationship that combines elite training and player development.

Both entities had already been working together for a long period of time with a view to materializing this agreement. As a result of this previous work, and as a decisive step towards the signing of the agreement, a Real Betis Academy campus was held at the facilities of the Conejero club. It was precisely the high level shown by the young footballers from the rojinegra academy during said campus that finally convinced the Betis entity to definitively formalize the collaboration agreement.

Under this pact, El Orientación Marítima will fully incorporate the recognized working methodology of Real Betis Academy, one of the most internationally widespread training models in Spanish football. The agreement includes an exhaustive training plan for all of El Orientación Marítima's technical staff, who will receive specialized training directly linked to the standards, playing philosophy, and development processes that have established the Seville-based club as a benchmark in player development.

In return, Real Betis will benefit from the transfer and the possibility of testing and having priority for players from El Orientación Marítima, opening a direct path for talent from the Conejero academy towards one of the most prestigious academies on the national and international football scene.

Juan Parra, sporting director of Real Betis Academy, highlighted that "this agreement allows us to share our methodology and continue to foster the talent of young footballers. El Orientación Marítima has shown it has an academy with great potential, and we are convinced that this collaboration will be very beneficial for both parties."

With this alliance, both entities begin a new stage of cooperation that promises to raise the competitive and formative level of Maritime Orientation, consolidating sporting bridges between clubs of different categories under the same commitment: excellence in the training of grassroots football.
