The Marlins do it again: for the third consecutive year they rise as Champions of Spain of Young Promises of Sea Kayak. The youngest paddlers of the Club have played a magnificent role in the event in Castellón this weekend, achieving 12 of the 22 medals that were won in the two days of the championship.

Eloy Woelke in Children A and Ariadna Gimenez in Children B, were proclaimed Champions of Spain in the individual Surfski modality. The other medals came in the Team boats: Eloy Woelke, Pedro Rodriguez, Pedro Martín, Andor Devora, Ariadne Gimenez and Emma Arrocha won the other 6 golds; Ainhoa Gutiérrez and Cayetana Rodríguez the 2 silvers; and Andrea Betancor and Gabriela Díaz the 2 bronzes.

All those podiums with the sum of the good results of the rest of the members of the Children's team, made them revalidate the Title of Champions of Spain of Young Promises that they have maintained since 2018.

The higher categories were not far behind, performing a great performance in the Spanish Championship rising up to 10 times to the podium to maintain the positions in the different National Leagues by categories.

Eneko Labarga won a third place in SS1 Cadet Man and Gabriel Cabrera another bronze medal in SS1 Sub23 Man. In SS2, Daniel Robayna and Eneko Labarga in Cadet Man and Airam Pacheco together with Inés Hernández in Sub23 Mixed won 4 silver medals. The remaining 4 bronze medals were achieved by Ignacio Soler and Matías Di Candia in Senior Man SS2 and Pedro Lemes with Iago Nogueira in Veteran B Man SS2.

A long season for the canoeists of Lanzarote but the sum of the good results of the national competitions, made them win 4 more national titles at club level: second place in the National League of Cadet Man, second place in the National League of Youth Man, third place in the National League of Sub23 Woman and third place in the National League of Senior Man.

In the General Classification of the National League by Clubs the Marlins was the fifth Club among the 53 clubs that were fighting this season for that League. With those 22 medals (8 golds, 6 silvers and 8 bronzes) and the 5 National Titles, the Marlins conclude the Season at National and Autonomous level, leaving only one last test at International level in October.
