On Sunday, November 12, the 'XIII Villa Championship' of Adeje Karate was held at the 'Las Torres Municipal Pavilion' in Adeje (Tenerife). An autonomous championship in all categories, in which the 'Club de Karate Poliarrecife' participated with two competitors, who performed commendably, both climbing the podium in each of the categories in which they participated.
Amelie Skiba obtained the Gold medal in 'Cadet Female Kumite' -54/- 61 kgs. and the Silver medal in 'Cadet Female Kata'. For his part, Caleb Padrón climbed to the second step of the podium by reaching the Silver medal in the Children's Male category -30/-35 kgs.
The Club was also represented in the 'Canary Islands Championship' by Juan Nicolás Lasso, in Coach duties, as well as by the Referees Jeremías Lasso, Mark García and José Antonio Lasso.
