International referee José Antonio Lasso, belonging to the Canary Islands Karate Federation, will once again represent Spanish karate as a referee. On this occasion he has been chosen by the Spanish Karate Federation as one of the referees from our country who will be officiating at the European Cadet Championship, Junior and Sub21 to be held in the Polish town of Bialsko-Biala.
This will be the first international event of the year for the Arrecife referee, who, in addition, will be at the WKF Karate 1 Youth League, which will be held in Guadalajara, in April, and in the qualifying phase for the Absolute World Championship in October, in Paris.
José Antonio Lasso combines his work in Karate refereeing with that of coach and technical director of the Karate Poliarrecife Club, which has its training center in the Titerroy Municipal Pavilion, and has an important number of competitors and high-level technicians.
