The coaches of ESNA Lanzarote, Raúl García Borja and José Juan Aranda Gallego, have participated this weekend in the IV Catalonia Swimming “Open” Master Winter Championship, obtaining historical results for the island of Lanzarote and its club, CN Swinfaster Salt.
The result achieved by the swimmers who train in Lanzarote in the Club de Natación Sabadell pool has been widely celebrated on the island of Lanzarote.
In the 4x50 style +160 event, they achieved victory with a time of 1:46:06, which was a Spanish record and in which the two ESNA Lanzarote coaches, Raúl García Borja and José Juan Aranda Gallego, participated, together with Carlos Requeno Soler and Sergio Aznar Marín.
On the other hand, José Juan Aranda achieved victory and a new national record in the 50 backstroke +45 event with a time of 27.67.
Finally, Raúl García won gold in all his swimming events, highlighting the 50-meter freestyle +40 event where he achieved a golden time of 24.72.
