The Vuelta Ciclista a Lanzarote continues to confirm elite cyclists for its first edition. The cycling tour, included in the UCI calendar within the Cycling For All program, will feature the participation of Carlos Verona, one of the best national cyclists of the moment.
After the announcement a few months ago that Alberto Contador and Alejandro Valverde will take the start in Lanzarote next September 28, adding Verona, an active professional cyclist, certifies that the event will feature a top-level cast that will tour the seven municipalities of the island for two days: Arrecife, Haría, San Bartolomé, Teguise, Tías, Tinajo and Yaiza.
In addition to being able to ride alongside the most outstanding Spanish cyclists, participants in the Vuelta Ciclista a Lanzarote will enjoy "fan zones" at the refreshment points that will bring this cycling festival to every corner of the island.
